There must be a different class of pigeon in Prestatyn.
You may have seen yesterday's blog, where I complained of seagull swooping and was given the bird in Rhyl High Street.
You can't possibly stroll around the town with a sandwich, it's impossible. You are in constant fear of being attacked.
But in Prestatyn, things are different. I've just returned from lunch (like you care!) and noticed a stark difference.
As an experiment I bought a pastie and strolled through the town centre with it. Nothing happened.
I even waved it around at a couple of passing seagulls. They ignored me.
I was tempted to buy a couple more and attach them to the back of my jacket, but it was time to get back to work and that would have looked a tad ridiculous.
Anyone have any idea why there is such a difference?

The pigeons are like the people. A step above some of the scum in Rhyl
